Gas Safety Certificate (CP12), £95
A yearly check by a Gas Safe registered engineer on every gas appliance, pipe and flue in your property. Landlords in England must have one in place, and tenants must receive a copy. We can arrange it and remind you before it expires.

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), £195
An inspection of the fixed electrics, such as the wiring, consumer unit and sockets, to check they're safe for tenants. It's usually needed at least every five years, and you'll get a clear report showing whether the property passes or needs repairs. Final price depends on the size and condition of the property.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), £115
A rating from A to G showing how energy efficient your property is, with suggestions for improving it. You need a valid one before you market the property, and it lasts ten years.

Maintenance and Refurbishment: from small jobs to full redecoration
From a quick repair or handyman visit to a full redecoration between tenancies, our sister maintenance team looks after it all. You get a clear quote before any work starts. It's available to any landlord, whether or not you use our management service.
